Double room in a lovely quiet house

Double room available, female preferred, in a spacious semi detached property in keynsham with a large garden.

The downstairs has recently been fully renovated with a large kitchen, downstairs toilet added and also an updated utility room.

I have a lovely puppy who is very lively so you must be good with dogs. We’re working on separation anxiety and therefore this won’t suit someone who works from home as he will become too dependent on having someone there all day.

Looking for someone who is friendly but quiet. As a live in landlord I tend to go out to meet friends etc rather than have them here so if you’re someone who wants to invite friends or a partner round frequently then this isn’t the room for you.

Parking is on the street but there’s plenty! Also a garage for bike storage etc. Keynsham has good transport links to Bristol and Bath.

Room is available September to July.
