Double room available in a spacious semi detached property in keynsham with a large garden.

Kitchen and dining room are waiting to be renovated but are tidy and fully usable, just dated in terms of decor.

I have a lovely 12 year old dog who loves to snuggle so you just be good with dogs.

Looking for someone who is friendly but quiet. As a live in landlord I tend to go out to meet friends etc rather than have them here so If you’re someone who wants to invite friends or a partner round frequently then this probably isn’t the room for you.

Parking is on the street but there’s plenty! Also a garage for bike storage etc. Keynsham has good transport links to Bristol and Bath.
