King-size bedroom with private en-suite & parking

My husband and I are looking to open our home to a lodger in the New Year. We are based on a new build estate off Charlton Road, Keynsham. Our area has great transport links to both Bristol and Keynsham centres (including Keynsham train station with regular and quick trains into Bristol / Bath). We can be flexible regarding the required length of stay.

We have a beautiful king-size bedroom available with its own private en-suite and private parking, which we would be offering together with use of communal zones (spacious kitchen, separate utility room, living room, downstairs WC and garden). We would be asking for £800pcm including bills, household basics (loo roll, kitchen roll, washing up liquid etc) and a fortnightly cleaner. We have two well-behaved dogs, and so someone who loves animals is a must!
