Self Contained Detached Annexe

This is an advert to live in our garden annexe. It has a large living room space with kitchenette including induction hob and large fridge freezer. This is all within the main space. Then separately, you have a double bedroom and it has separate shower and toilet bathroom.

This is your accommodation on your own, it isn't a house share really, though the access to the annexe is through our front garden gate.

The annexe does not have a washing machine so you would be required to use a local launderette.

It has broadband and a small tv.

Since these pictures were taken we have replaced the old carpet with luxury vinyl tiles and redecorated the entire place, we haven't put it back together yet so we don't have any upto date photos. You are welcome to come look. It's a huge improvement : )
