I am in the process of selling the property and ideally need someone in the property during the sales process so it's not standing completely vacant. The successful tenant will have full use of the 3-bed property (except the landlord's room) for the duration and at very low rent relative to the market for a 3-bed house. I am looking for a professional non-smoker with no pets.
