Available from mid September for 6 months (with potential to be longer).
I am ideally looking for a female flat mate but I am open to a male housemate subject to meeting before.

About me: I am a 30 year old professional who has a hybrid working pattern. Further photos of the property are available at request. I enjoy yoga, crafting, gym, walks, coffee shop visits, casual pub visits and going to Giggs. I am looking for someone who would be happy to hang out, who would be more than welcome to join in the above but also understands individual time.

Pets: I have a small 8 year old cockapoo that I share with my parents so she lives with me part time. She is very well tempered and sleeps all day and is happy to live with another dog or can live with my parents temporarily should she need to. I am open to pets but no cats as I am allergic.

Room details: The room is equipped with a set of drawers, wardrobe, double bed and tv. The flat has a great shower, well-insulated and fast WiFi.

About location: I am not far from Keynsham high street and the flat is set in a quiet location with a private garden and access to a communal garden. Next to it is a field and wildlife reserve perfect for walks.

By car: There is an allocated car park on a first come first serve basis.

Walking + Public Transport: The closest supermarket is a 10 minute walk and the main highstreet is 20 minute walk. There is a West Link bus stop that is outside the flat or local bus stop is 10 minute walk.

About Keynsham: A safe and friendly town in between Bristol and Bath with lots to offer including cafes, restaurants, independent shops, leisure centre and large park and lots of countryside and river walks and hikes (I recommend a walk up Kelston and a visit to the Bath Soft Cheese Co. Their fresh ice creams are incredible).
