I am currently looking for a housemate in my 2-Bedroom house located within the Hygge Park new build estate, just off of the Bath Road in Keynsham. Hygge Park is a fantastic location, right between Bristol and Bath, so it’s perfect for commuting or just enjoying the best of both cities. There are bus stops to Bath and Bristol city centre’s at the entrance to estate, the bus to Bristol is just 30min and the journey to Bath is 25 minutes.
The property is located a short 5-10 minute walk from Waitrose Supermarket and the Keynsham high street is just a 15-minute walk away, which has plenty of shops, restaurants, a post office etc.
As the property was only built in 2022, its in excellent condition throughout. Downstairs, there is an open plan living/dining room, a separate kitchen and a W/C. The kitchen comes equipped with an integrated dishwasher, integrated fridge freezer and a freestanding washing machine. The living/dining room has a 65-inch screen TV, along with a Sky TV package, Disney+ & Netflix.
The main bathroom is upstairs on the first floor, with an overhead shower/bath. As there is only one bathroom in the property, this would be shared with myself. However, there is a W/C and basin downstairs.
I have a private rear garden which has a good-sized patio and outdoor seating. I have a private driveway and therefore the room would come with one off street parking space for you to use.
The bedroom is a part-furnished double room (the master bedroom) with a large french style wardrobe, an additional built in storage cupboard/airing cupboard, a wall hung mirror and I will also have a smart TV for the room too. If you would prefer to have the room unfurnished, that is fine. However, the one item of furniture I couldn’t remove is the French wardrobe as it was extremely difficult to get into the room in the first place 🙈
The room will be available from Wednesday 1st October. Rent is £825 per month (including all bills) and is inclusive of general cleaning products for the house.
A little bit about me….I am 29 and work for myself in the property industry. I’m friendly, easy-going, and like a calm home environment. I like going out for food/drinks or the occasional night out but enjoy spending my time making my house a home. I would like to find someone (who like me) enjoys a well-kept home and takes pride in keeping our joint space clean & tidy; this is something that is really important for me.
