Top Floor with 3 Separate Rooms including Ensuite

I have a top floor available in my home which is made up of 1 large room which has a storage area and desk available, another room which is both a sofa/lounge area as well as home to your clothes via a very large wardrobe and a double-bed room which has an ensuite attached.

I am 30 years old and a working professional. I am active within my church community and often have friends around to visit. I hope I am known to be hospitable and would want whoever stays with me to feel at home and like they can take part in anything I might do but equally happy for there to be separation if that is a preference - I am easy going.

There is plenty of car parking spaces outside the property. A large garden which often houses social events and a garage which currently has half a built woodworking bench (which I hope to finish this century!)
