I’m renting out a lovely double room in my home, ideal for someone who enjoys a peaceful space and a tidy living environment. The room is fully furnished with a double bed and wardrobe, and it overlooks the nearby fields — a genuinely calming view to wake up to. If you work from home, then wardrobe can be removed and I can put chest of draws and a desk in your room instead. In the room there is access to utility room, which can be used as a storage space for you as well.

The house itself has recently had a brand‑new roof fitted, which means it’s warmer in winter, quieter, and fully protected from leaks. Everything is in good condition, and I take pride in keeping the place looked after.
