Lovely single room with garden view

I have an en-suite room available to the right person in an interesting period property It has its own access and full freedom of the garden. I would like to find a friendly person who enjoys a cultural chat over a glass of wine from time to time. The kitchen is vegetarian (non-negotiable!). I can offer reduced rent in return for help in the garden or assisting with my Airbnb. Liking rock music and travel would help the conversation flow! The picture shows the room before being set up as a bedroom. A small, non-yappy dog can be considered but no cats. A small amount of storage space is available in the garage.
