I have a fully furnished double bedroom available in a semi detached in Langford with on street parking and a nice little garden. There is one bathroom which will be shared with myself, along with the kitchen. Downstairs there is an open plan dining and sitting room.

There is a spare smaller room that can be used as a 2nd lounge area should you want your own space on an evening.

For those who like to bike to work, there is a secure garage at the property.

If you’re green fingered, you are welcome to use the greenhouse.

The house is a 2 minute walk from Langford Vet School and just round the corner from a bus stop with easy links to Bristol, Weston or Taunton.

8 minutes to Bristol Airport with regular busses
15 minute drive to J21 of the M5
20 minute drive into Bristol
12 minute drive to Yatton train station (with a bus route to and from)

I’m a friendly live-in, I hybrid work so am home during the day part of the week. I am usually out a few nights a week.

I have 2 small cocker spaniels so if you were interested you would need to be okay with living with tiny best friends.
