Room in family home

Light airy compact room in quirky town house in the centre of Langport.
The accommodation is on the upper 2 floors of the building.
This is a predominantly female household so a female lodger would be better suited.
There is a shared kitchen/diner, roof terrace and spiral staircase into a long rambling garden with views onto the North Moor.
I mostly live in the house by myself with visits from my adult children a couple of times a month. I also hold lovely small live music events at the property once in a while throughout the winter.
There are 3 cats, 2 pug dogs and chickens on the premises.
Not suitable for working from home.
Not suitable for play station or gaming device users.
Musicians welcome (but probably not drummers!)
Gas, water and council tax are included and electricity is added on monthly as it is is on a separate fuse meter for the room.
