Beautful double room, own bathroom, parking, Bath

A beautiful double bedroom with private bathroom in a very peaceful area in Lansdown. Bath, toilet and sink. (No shower). Free parking. No traffic sounds at night and in the morning waking up to the chirping birds! You will be sharing the house with me. I have three grown up sons who have now flown the nest! I would like a female lodger. The house has 4 bedrooms, only one of which is presently being used by myself. I have a beautiful garden which you can enjoy too! Beautiful, well equipped kitchen which can be used at any time.

Lansdown is a wonderful area to live in in Bath. The walk into town takes approximately 20 minutes but there are buses also if you prefer not to walk. There are stunning hills and valleys nearby so it is a perfect area for walking/hiking too.

It is very important to say that the room would be only for you. I do not allow any boyfriends/girlfriends/partners to stay over.

I am a young, fun and energetic 63 year young lady. I work a couple of days a week in a children's nursery and I love yoga, zumba, cycling, walking in nature, socialising and eating healthily. I do not smoke and would not want a smoker in my home. I usually wake up at around 7 am and go to bed at around 10 pm so am looking for someone who lives around these sort of hours. I need the house to be quiet between the hours of 10 pm and 7 am.

I have three amazing sons all in their 30s who live in London and Brighton.

I am very positive and have a real 'can do' attitude. I love life and people. Carpe Diem is my motto! Amanda :)
