Double room to rent

I have a double room on the ground floor of a 4 bedroom townhouse. It has a separate shower and toilet as well as a utility/kitchenette. It includes all bills and comes with wifi, sky television and netflix. Ideally I am looking for a working professional. I have previously hosted students for weekend and term time stays. It will be ground floor living only with kitchen amenities provided as well as washing machine and dryer and fridge. I am fifty years old and live with my 12 year old daughter.
