Homely double room available in rural Long Ashton. We are 4 miles away from Bristol with an easy 15 minute bus ride into town (bus stop is located 20 yards away from the house) or if you're an avid walker/cyclist, we are a 7 minute walk away from Ashton Court which takes around 40 minutes to walk through to get into Clifton via Clifton Suspension Bridge. There is also a cycle path. Bristol Temple Meads is 5 miles away and similarly Bristol Airport is 5-6 miles away proving Long Ashton has excellent transport links.

Long Ashton itself has 4 pubs, 4 schools, a cafe, a dentist, a doctors, a Coop, a vets and a golf course to name a few....

Roseberry Cottage is a 17th century, 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom cottage and has been completely refurbished inside making it very light and airy. It has a large living room with two sofas built in storage and a fire place. The previous owner extended on to the kitchen and built a dining room/conservatory with a downstairs toilet and shower. Steps up to the garden lead from here - the garden is at a slight incline meaning you get the best views looking all over Bristol and surrounding areas. P. s this is my favourite spot. Come New Years Eve, you'll see why! Upstairs are 3 bedrooms and a bathroom. The bedroom available is directly at the top of the stairs. There is free parking on the road too!

The room is available on a monthly basis at £500 per month including all bills. The room is fully furnished with a double bed with built in storage and a built in wardrobe and shelves with a TV aerial. This room is completely private with some great countryside views! All utilities and wifi are included - washing machine and dryer available.

Available immediately, we would like to meet those who are interested for an informal chat so you get to know us and we get to know you!

We are looking for someone to fill the room (professional or student) for a maximum of 6 months however we are open to discuss a longer let should you require it. Must love dogs!

About us - we made the move from London to Long Ashton last December with our cocker spaniel Otto. We are both professionals that work Monday to Friday. While this is our home, we want you to feel as comfortable as possible staying here. We're both active people and love our sports/fitness and its quite often one may be out in the evenings at the gym or playing rugby away at the weekends. Both very social and enjoy a mid-week drink. Always exploring at weekends as there is so much to see and do around here. Cornwall is only 2.5 hours by car from us!
