Two bed flat in Long Ashton (Short Let)

Hello, I'm James, the owner of a lovely two bed, top floor flat in Long Ashton which will be available from December until the end of March, when I plan to move back into the flat.
Couples are welcome, pets are welcome and a short term tenancy is welcome. Its the whole flat, not just one of the rooms.

About the Flat:
Is a 2 bed flat in the village of Long Ashton ('L. A'), which is a lovely village just a few miles from Bristol centre, It has amazing views over the country side and great access to the city. There are two bedrooms; kitchen, living area and a balcony.

It can come fully furnished or unfurnished, the choice would be yours, there is no difference in cost. The neighbourhood is lovely, I've gotten to know all my neighbours and they're great.

Commuting:
For anybody working in Bristol, Long Ashton is actually an amazing commuting route to Bristol City centre. Its a very pleasant 15 minute cycle, mostly on cycle paths (There is a shed and garage for storage of bikes) or a 20 minute bus ride, the stop is 30 second train walk away.

Bills that are included are:
Gas, Electric, Water, Internet & Council Tax.

Outdoor space:
There is a good sized balcony (with amazing views) and also a shed and garage, suitable for storing bikes. Parking is available, no designated spaces or permits, a free for all.
