Hello, I'm James, a young professional and owner of a lovely top floor flat in Long Ashton. I am going on sabbatical from mid April until the start of July and would like to rent out the flat during this period.
The entire flat is available for April, May and June and if you wanted to move in early or stay later than these dates, this is possible but I may still be living there, so would be half rent for any such periods. I spend about half the time at my partner's house and enjoy doing sports in the evenings so even if I was living with you, you're unlikely to see me all that much.
Deposit of 5 weeks rent = £1500. Which is held in a deposit protection scheme.
Couples are welcome, pets are welcome and a short term tenancy is welcome.
About the Flat:
Is a 2 bed flat in the village of Long Ashton ('L. A'), which is a lovely village just a few miles from Bristol centre, It has amazing views over the country side and great access to the city. There are two bedrooms; Initially you would have access to the second bedroom, from Mid April both bedrooms.
Commuting:
For anybody working in Bristol, Long Ashton is actually an amazing commuting spot, I used to live in Horfield (North Bristol) and I am now actually closer to the centre and the bus takes far less time! So don’t let the location put you off. I cycle to work in the centre most days and have found a route that is about 75% not on roads, it takes me about 15mins. (There is a shed and garage for storage of bikes)
Bills that are included are:
Gas, Electric, Water, Internet, TV license & Council Tax.
Outdoor space:
There is a good sized balcony (with amazing views) and also a shed and garage, suitable for storing bikes. Parking is available, no designated spaces or permits, a free for all.
