Lovely room for let in a quiet area with good transport links into Bristol City Centre. There is a separate kitchen, dining room, and living room. The bedroom itself has plenty of storage with a double bed and desk. There is one bathroom with a shower. There is also a garden with a nice patio set to enjoy on sunny days. There is also a small parking space at the front of the property.

I'm a 22 year old student who is studying veterinary medicine, ideally looking for a similar aged female. I live with my two cats, and sadly cannot take any pets as they don't get on well with other cats/dogs (could potentially have a caged animal if needed). I am in/out the house quite a lot for work, study, etc.
