My partner and I have a toddler who was born April 2024.
We have always had lodgers pre child.
We would now like to consider getting the right person in to rent a double room .
Room:
Double room available, size 260cm x 390cm. Currently furnished.
Lovely and bright with great views out over green space.
Area:
The house is in a friendly residential area about 5 miles from the centre of Bristol and is close to local bus routes. There is a local co-op, farm shop and several takeout food places as well as 3 local pubs in the area.
It is an easy commute to places like Bristol, Nailsea and Portishead. The Bristol city centre is about a half hour bike ride for those who like to get out in the open. There is also a bus stop at the end of the Road which takes you directly to Bristol city centre.
Ashton Court is situated at the end of Long Ashton and there are plenty of local walks, mountain Bike trails, as well as the Long Ashton golf course.
House:
The house includes the following bills in the rent: council tax, electric, water, gas and broadband.
It has a large garden space, plenty of on street parking and a place to put bikes and other outdoor gear should it be needed. You could also grow your own veg if you wanted as there is space at the bottom of the garden!
Communal use of living room, kitchen diner and bathroom.
You will need to like cats as there are several at the house, so animal lovers are a bonus / must!
Housemates:
The days of 24hours partying are long gone, a cup of tea and TV is more likely to happen here or a bit of creating! (Painting / crafting) We like to occasionally cook a house dinner together and give growing vegetables in the garden a go!

Ideally looking for a chilled, considerate and tidy person who likes cats and is child friendly! (May ask for a DBS)
