The main house is occupied by me, and the lodge has separate living accommodation, offering a good level of privacy. The property does share the same entrance/access, but there is lots of parking available for cars.

The lodge is set in a peaceful location and would suit someone looking for comfortable, spacious accommodation with the convenience of having the landlord living on the same property, while still maintaining their own independent space.

💷 Bills Included

All bills are included in the rent apart from gas.

The property uses bottled gas, which is purchased and delivered as required. Bottles are approximately £80 each.

Typical usage is around:

- ☀️ Summer: approximately 1 bottle every 2 months
- ❄️ Winter: approximately 1 bottle every 3–4 weeks

This will naturally vary depending on heating requirements and individual usage for heating, showers and cooking.
