I’m looking for someone to share my future dwelling in Mells with me and my three children (11, 8 and 6, who are with me part-time on weekends).
This is a beautiful, 300-year-old historic cottage sitting right by the river. The third single bedroom upstairs, with views to the river and a meadow is available.
I am a full-time professional in the organic/wellness industry, a holistic chef and I value a mindful, calm, and community-connected lifestyle.
The ideal person will be someone who enjoys a calm, harmonious home environment, communicates openly, and values living somewhere special and close to Nature, rather than just renting a room.
The rent includes council tax and water. Electricity and firewood will be a 50/50 split to keep us both mindful of winter usage. Loving close to the river means, that there is a low winter flood risk.
When getting in touch, please tell me a little about yourself, your work pattern (home, hybrid or office-based), your experience of shared living, and what appeals to you about countryside living.
References will be requested as part of the process, and I am equally happy to provide personal references from my employer and/or previous landlords/landladies.
