I'm looking for a tidy and friendly female housemate to share my 3 bed house. I got the house a few years back and I'm slowly doing it up - so some rooms are new, and some need a bit of work! Ive priced the rent accordingly and hopefully the photos show that its well on its way.

I've just finished doing up the bedroom which is for rent so it's had a fresh lick of paint and has a very squidgy carpet.

The house is well located in Milton, not far from Ashcombe Park and Coop. Its got a big garden and my cat Pinto lives here too. I work from home 3 days a week, and would prefer someone who doesnt work from home all of the time.
