Newly decorated, (not the bathroom which is a little old fashioned but scrupulously clean and functional with a bath and shower!) and located in a very quiet upmarket location in Milverton near to Taunton, Wiveliscombe and Wellington. Bus service to Taunton close by. Parking on road outside. We are a landlord couple seeking a female professional or professional student. We occupy a quiet and peaceful house in a beautiful fairly rural area. There is a shop close by and the busy villiage of Wiveliscome is a short distance away with a full range of facilities. Our room would suit someone working in the area in a professional capacity, or in one of the local hospitals or care facilities nearby. The room contains a comfortable double bed, a small wardrobe and a chest of drawers This property is quiet enough for those working night shifts. This is a double room for single occupanncy for quiet FEMALE tennants only please. We do not accept visitors as this is a private house, and we respactfully ask that you enjoy our facilities in a quiet and peaceful manner. Our tenant has use of the kitchen, their own small fridge and cupboard space. Your own large private single use bathroom is adjacent to your bedroom.
