A lovely self contained annexe for rent in the highly sought after village of Monksilver within Exmoor national park . I live in the main house with my 26 year old son and have one other lodger also in a seperate annexe - we are an easy going friendly household looking to find a like minded easy going person to take on the annexe - the annexe consists of a bedroom with a double bed, a sofa , sky tv and broadband , central heating , seperate access to the main house, on street parking for one vehicle , a small kitchenette with a small oven , microwave and air fryer , en suite bathroom with shower sink and toilet , shared beautiful garden with lovely views of the countryside and all bills included - strictly no pets , not big enough for a couple and only parking for one car
