Double bedroom in a coachhouse in Monkton Heathfield. Unfurnished bedroom so can make your own.
2 housecats live in property. Can have Sky in bedroom if you purchase skyq multi room box.
Currently living in property on my own am a quiet person who spends majority of time in bedroom due to ill health so watch a lot of tv in bed so keep myself to myself.
You will predominantly have the run of the lounge to yourself
Sky tv fitted in lounge, tall fridge freezer in kitchen which will be shared, washing machine and clothes horse shared.
Bathroom has over bath shower.
Designated car parking space.
Looking for someone who works full time and has similar interests and doesn't mind cats although they are usually in my room with me.
5 minute drive to aldi or 10 minute walk to co-op.
