We are offering a compact, self-contained room with its own private front door, perfect for a single working professional who enjoys independent living in a calm and peaceful environment.

Set in our lovely, quiet semi-rural village on the Somerset Levels, this is a great spot for someone who appreciates peaceful countryside surroundings.. There is a limited bus service, and it’s approximately a 15-minute drive to Sedgemoor Campus (Hinckley bus route).

The Studio Annex includes:
   •   Comfortable double bed
   •   Workstation and chair
   •   Armchair for relaxing
   •   Smart TV
   •   Private kitchenette
   •   Private shower room

With your own entrance, you can come and go entirely as you please and enjoy your own private space.

This setting is best suited to someone who lives in a neat and tidy way. It isn’t suitable for working from home.

There is parking available for one car (non-allocated space — very occasionally a visitor may park there unintentionally).

Cleaning and laundry can be arranged if helpful (additional fee applies).

The local village pub is just 200 metres away, and this area is a popular and much-loved part of the Somerset Levels.

We’re hoping to find a quiet, considerate lodger who values their own space, enjoys independent living, and is looking for a comfortable longer-term home.
