Description
Double bedroom available in a three-bedroom new-build house in Nailsea. The available room has a double bed, wardrobe, drawers and bedside drawers. A spacious bathroom with walk-in shower shared with one other housemate. There's plenty of free on-street parking too.
It's a very relaxed atmosphere, independent living, we're looking for someone to add their unique personality and compliment the dynamic and to build a friendship. The two of us living here have built a good friendship, we met on Spareroom, and recently the third bedroom became available. We have a cosy set up and enjoy the easy access to Bristol city. I work in wildlife conservation and I enjoy gardening, swimming, cycling, walks in nature, board games, chatting, watching films, and being out and about. I think this is a nice house to live in because we are not too many people and there is good space for us all to share without feeling on top of each other. We cook independently, clean up after ourselves, we value good hygiene and keep open conversation about who's taking on house tasks each week. We like to invite friends and family over and have additional space upstairs for people to stay over.
Other shared rooms include the hallway, a large lounge/dining room with patio sliding doors to the back garden, the kitchen and there is a small utility room with an additional toilet for guests. There's a washing machine, oven, microwave, grill, hob, dishwasher, hoover, iron. There is plenty of unrestricted street parking. Central heating is gas-free by an Air Source Heat Pump.
Info on local transport:
Nailsea & Backwell train station is the closest. The X7a bus stops right outside my house and connects to N&B train station. The X7 and X7a bus routes both stop on my doorstep and go one way into Bristol, the other way to Clevedon coast. The X9 bus goes to Bristol from Nailsea town centre.
Nearby:
There is a Special Site of Scientific Interest, an Iron-aged fort, pebble beaches, marine lake, fish & chips, veg shop, coffee shops, pubs, gyms, charity shops, tattoos, restaurants, take-aways, pharmacy, supermarkets, places of faith and religion too.
I'm looking forward to hearing from you!
Take care,
Emily
