Hi, my name is Emily and I have two wonderful Dalmatian puppies almost 10 months' old who are gentle and friendly.
I have a double bedroom available to rent, it is furnished and has its own bathroom.
Open to:
A set number of days a week, as you need.
Short-term, on a weekly basis.
Maximum term 3 months.
Available between these dates:
30th April to 22nd May 2026
5th July to October 2026
Additionally - if you have good experience with young dogs, you are very active, and are in a situation to dog sit (a weekend here or there, and over a couple of weeks in August/September), I'd love to hear from you. I can offer significant rent reduction for any days spent dog-sitting.
About the home:
My house was built in 2021 and has the best insulation going with underfloor heating and temperature controls in each room. Shared rooms include the hallway for hanging coats and shoes, a large lounge/dining room with patio sliding doors to the back garden, the kitchen and there is a small utility room with an additional toilet for guests. There's a washing machine, oven, microwave, grill, hob, dishwasher, hoover, iron. There is plenty of unrestricted street parking. Central heating is gas-free by an Air Source Heat Pump. Lodgers are expected to clean up in the kitchen promptly, have excellent hygiene, routinely clean their bathroom and bedroom, and contribute to recycling.
Other things to note:
Severe fish allergy - zero fish products in the home, no fish oil, or any other food item that contains fish.
Dalmatians - they do shed fur and would be a problem for someone with allergies.
