I will have a double room available towards the middle/ end of July; and a single room available straight away.

The house is only 15 months old so like new. With a big bathroom room (shower and bath combined). Kitchen is fully equipped and barely used. Dining table. Lounge has a smart TV (currently only using streaming services & no live tv as I don’t watch it much), with reclining sofas.

My current room mate is moving out after 15 months.

I’m quite reserved- I like my own company. I run a local pub in Nailsea, which means I work weekends & some evenings.

I’m looking for housemate(s) who are easy to get along with and chill, happy with their own company. Non smokers and non vapers, not heavy drinkers. Tidy and respectful.

Happy to consider both full time and just working week accommodation.
