Double room in a lovely, modern 3 bed semi in a quiet and picturesque corner of Nailsea. With your own parking space and use of the gardens and communal areas. Occupied by myself; I am a busy and social professional, my 23 year old son part of the time who is a student, and our cat. You have sole use of the bathroom when he's away. This is a social family home. You must be employed or a student and friendly. No WFH or smokers. This is a relatively small house so you will need to get on with the other occupants in the house.
