Large double room in cosy Nailsea house

Looking for a friendly individual to rent my spare room. The room can be furnished or unfurnished & would consider Mon-Fri let.

A 1yo border collie lives here so must be pet friendly. Will consider pets as long as they get on well with each other when introduced.

Property consists of shared living area & kitchen, downstairs toilet, upstairs bathroom and there is the option to share an office space. I mostly work out of the house so happy for someone to use this space when I don't need it!

There is also a sizeable garden, garage and off street parking.

I'm an outdoorsy person who enjoys hiking with my dog, exploring new areas & horse riding as well as trips to the pub, board games & a good movie!
