This is an opportunity to share a large, quite lovely property with a very easygoing live in owner. The house is set back off the street and forms part of a converted grade 2 Listed coach house. It is very private and quiet and has a delightful aspect from all rooms over a large private walled garden. I work away for large chunks of time and also spend time visiting family frequently so there is lots of privacy and times when whoever shares with me will have the place to themselves.
The room is sizeable, warm and freshly decorated and overlooks the garden; it is very quiet both day and night. There is a bathroom with shower and bath upstairs, shared with one other, as I have one downstairs. There is a well equipped kitchen and spacious dining area, an office area in the reception for working from home if needed and a large comfortable lounge.

Nether Stowey is a lovely small village. There is a convenience store opposite the property, which stocks virtually everything, Two pubs within three minute’s walk. A very good butcher, a post office and a library all within very short walking distance. If you work at Hinkley, it’s 5 miles away and the shuttle Bus pick up point is a few steps from the front door.

I’m very easygoing to live with and give/expect respect for privacy and space. There are beautiful walks from the doorstep up onto the Quantock Hills. Bridgwater is the closest big town with all necessary shops and amenities; it’s around 10 minutes drive away. Exmoor, in all it’s glory is half hour drive and the nearest beach is 15 minutes away.
