We are retired professionals who live in the main part of the house. We rent out this second floor wing to sharers.

The accommodation is en-suite with a good sized shower/wc bathroom. They enjoy good natural light from two , large, attic windows.. The rooms are comfortably furnished.

All bills are included in the rent.

North Curry is a pretty ‘conservation village’ situated on a ridge overlooking the Somerset Levels. The village has a pub/restaurant, shop, excellent health centre, coffee shop/cafe and a number of arts clubs and sports teams. Fast food pop up outlets visit three evenings per week. The church is known as the ‘cathedraI of the moors’.

It is 7 minutes from J.25 of the M5 and 11 minutes from J.24. Both have pick up points for Hinkley. There is a bus service departing from the end of White Street that runs into Taunton..

There are four other occupied rooms in this wing, all taken by mature, professional, working men . The ambience is friendly and supportive. You are not overlooked and you have greater privacy than you would expect in the typical, shared house. As live in landlords, we work hard to make sure that this five strong community has what it needs to be comfortable and happy.

There is a large garden/orchard to the rear of the main house available for your use.

Thus, these rooms would suit a single working person who would like to combine the tranquil beauty of the levels with a comfortable and prestigious address.
