Double en-suite room with living area

Double room with en-suite available in 3 bed townhouse. All bills included. Parking spot available for you, too.

The room has a new double-bed, new mattress and new bedding ready for you.

There’s a 2nd living room (picture with the light coloured couch) on the middle floor which I’m unlikely to use so you’ll pretty much have your own private use of the space with your room & en-suite.

I’m preferably looking for someone wanting a long term stay (min 6 months but preferably someone wanting 12 months plus) and would like a place they can call home.

I’m a fairly relaxed bloke & happy to chat as much or as little as you’d like. I enjoy lots of hiking and you’re welcome to join me on the weekends.

I’m a tax consultant in my final year of studies before I qualify as a chartered tax advisor & chartered accountant so I work 9-5 & study in the evenings.

Before moving in, you’ll be sent a lodgers agreement and and you’ll be shown a gas safety certificate for the property as well.
