This modern cottage overlooks a stream in Norton Fitzwarren, to the north of Taunton. There is a good range of local shops and village facilities and is less than 10 minutes from the town centre.

The room:
A newly decorated en-suite double room is available with built-in wardrobes and plenty of storage. The room would suit a professional looking for a short or long term let. A brand new comfy bed has been installed.

Communal areas:
There is a fully equipped modern kitchen which includes a spacious seating area where you can enjoy your meals.

The sitting room is a peaceful space with Sky TV and is a great place to relax. Doors lead to the attractive garden and the front overlooks a stream.

You will have private parking and bicycle storage (we are on a cycle path network).

Location:
The house is close to a Park & Ride as well as the Nuffield and Musgrove Park Hospitals, Hydrographic Office, Bridgwater and Taunton College, M5 and lovely country walks. We are approx 20 minutes drive to HPC site or 5 minutes to pick-up point (which has free parking).

Rent/Bills
The rent payable is £550 pcm payable in advance. All bills are included.

Everything else:
The existing residents are mature ladies with a zest for life and the great outdoors.
You would be expected to observe the current restrictions on social distancing, to adopt high levels of cleanliness and to keep your room clean and tidy.
