Hi all

My name is Irene, and I am looking for a lodger that could look after my place whilst I am away. I work and live in London part time but I usually come home once every couple of months during the weekends or for a long weekend. Arrangements can be discussed further if you are interested.

The flat was built in 2019, it is located in a residential area of Norton Fitzwarren with plenty of free parking around.

The closest shop is a 5-10 min walk (co-op) and big tesco/lidl a 10 min drive. There are bus stops within 5 min walking and train station is 30 min walk or 7 min by car.
You can cycle to town and it would take about 12 min.
Nuffield Hospital is a 3 min drive/10 min walking, and Musgrove Park Hospital is a 12 min smooth cycle via Silk Mills!

All bills are included, including high speed wifi, council tax (band A) water, electricity, gas.
The bedroom is furnished with a double bed, mattress, x2 bedside tables and chest of drawers, plus a very spacious built in wardrobe.

The flat has gas central heating that can be regulated via an app but generally it is well insulated so it is cosy in the winter.
The lounge is an open space with the kitchen and has a sofa that opens in a double bed (this is the bed I will use when/if I come home).

I changed the carpet to laminate flooring so it is easier to keep clean, and bought all new furniture including a 50:50 fridge freezer. The kitchen is fully equipped and it has a washing machine/dryer.
Bathroom has bath/shower.

This place is my first home in the UK, and it has sentimental value. I have been lucky to have found lodgers over the course of 3 years that looked after it really well.
