I have a light and airy double room in my home available until end of June 2026, and suitable for a mature or post grad student.
It's a quiet house in a
pleasant residential area.
The comfortable room has far reaching views from the large bay window and includes a double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers, large desk and window seat with extra storage.
There's shared use of the bathroom with bath, shower and WC, a 2nd WC downstairs, good sized kitchen/dining room with microwave, oven and dishwasher, and a utility room with fridge and washing machine.
I have a large garden with patio next to open parkland and a short walk to supermarkets, good takeaways, launderette, pharmacy and other amenities.
My house is on the bus route to the city centre which is just a 5-10 minute bus ride away or a 25 mins walk (a bit longer coming back!) and there's plenty of street parking and a secure place for a bike.
At times there may also be another student staying in the house so potential for three people max.
The rent is £675 pcm with bills included.
