Double room w ensuite in a recently refurbished home.

Location: quiet area, 5 minute walk to the large sainsburys in Odd down. Bus route into bath city centre. Location is between both of the Universities in Bath. Walking distance to the packhorse pub!

I’m looking for someone to share with who is respectful and considerate of others belongings, clean and tidy and in shared spaces will clean up after themselves (e. g. puts dishes in dishwasher & wipes down benches etc). 👍🏼

Room details:
-Ottoman double bed (storage for cases etc), wardrobe w mirror front, chest of drawn, bed side table w lamp, small desk & chair.
-ensuite bathroom: shower, toilet, sink, heated towel rail, large vanity mirror (w storage space), you’ll see in photos that the shower screen is yet to be installed- will be soon.

Shared spaces:
living area: 2 couches, TV, table & chairs
Kitchen: Smart appliance combi microwave & oven, smart induction hobb, American fridge/ freezer, hot water tap & filtered water tap, wine fridge, toaster, dishwasher, some other appliances also available for use.
Downstairs toilet.
Washing machine in back area
Large Back garden w outdoor seating.
