Lovely double room in Odd Down Bath

The property is in Sulis Meadows in Odd Down, Bath. It is a quiet cul de sac which is less than a 5 min walk from the park and ride with a regular bus service into the centre of town. Perfectly located for commuters to Radstock and surrounding areas. There are shops around a 10 min walk from the house and there is parking at the property.

The house is kept clean and tidy and all bills are included as well as a fortnightly cleaner.

There are two double rooms, one of which is mine. The room for rent is furnished with a bed, drawers as curtains. These can be removed if needed and I may be able to seek additional furniture if required.

I am a live in landlord who is friendly and sociable but I also like my own space as well. I have a busy job and I am out a lot of the time during the week. I enjoy spending time with friends and family, especially my little niece. I enjoy going for walks, coffees, cycling and eating out.
