Quiet Double Room in Postgraduate House

You will be sharing the house with 3 friendly, clean, and respectful university students (two guys, one girl, ages 26-29). We enjoy cooking, playing video games, studying, and having relaxed nights in. It is a very peaceful and tidy environment, so we are looking for a mature student or postgraduate with a similarly quiet lifestyle who will respect the shared spaces.

The Room & House:
You will be taking over a comfortable double room on the upper floor. The house has great shared facilities, including a fully equipped kitchen, a comfortable living room, and both front and rear gardens.

The Logistics (Please read carefully before messaging):

Students Only: You MUST be a registered university student. If a working professional moves in, the house loses its Council Tax exemption, so we cannot accept non-students.

Single Occupancy: Due to the property's strict HMO licensing, this room is for one person only (no couples).

Official Takeover: This is a fully legitimate tenancy takeover. You will deal directly with our letting agency to sign the paperwork.

Deposit: A security deposit of £773 must be paid directly to the letting agency to secure the room.
