The room is in a shared flat on the second floor amongst other private flats. Located in a new build area with a safe and friendly community.

I work in Bath part-time and also full days, I'm relaxed, mature and friendly.
I do have a small dog who is also friendly, loving and house trained. She is unsure of some males, so vancancy is for females preferably.
Ideally the applicant will be in full time work and have socialible working hours, must be clean and tidy, and also must like dogs of course!
This is a large flat, with a large lounge kitchen.

You can see from the photos that the bathroom has a short shower head. I have had quotes to have it fully tiled/converted to a complete shower and this will be fitted very soon.

There is a handful of good pubs and great walking routes on our doorstep, plus a bus route to Bath and Bristol.
