A lovely one bed mobile home in Pawlett, Located on a small, quiet and gated residential mobile home site, we have 5 mobile homes on site and a bungalow I live in as Landlord, Local amenities include a cafe, pub, post office and a shop, also their is easy access to the M5, Bridgwater and Highbridge.

The property itself is mostly furnished and consists of four rooms. A large Kitchen, living and dining a area, with a large sofa, table heater, boiler, cooker and fridge. A second small room that was a second bedroom could be used as an office or as storage space. A bedroom that has a double bed and mattress and a wardrobe. Lastly the bathroom that has a shower, toilet and sink. There is also a shared wash room with two washing machines and two tumble dryers.

Water is included with the rent but you pay your own electric and gas, an internet connection can be provided for an extra £5 a week and is a BT super fast fibre connection with unlimited download.
