Furnished double room available in a semi detached house in Peasedown St John. The room will be furnished with a new small double bed and mattress, a new bed-side table, and a new chest of drawers (no photos of the room updated with the new furniture yet - still to be purchased).

The house itself is fully furnished, with shared lounge/diner, kitchen with white goods (including washing machine, dish washer, fridge and freezer), 2 good sized bathrooms, with a shower over bath upstairs primarily used by you and a standing shower and toilet downstairs primarily used by us, but not exclusively.
Your bedroom will have a view onto the front of the property (East facing). The room also has a cupboard which can be used as a storage room and wardrobe. The room will come with a brand new Small Double bed (4 ft) frame and new mattress with drawers underneath. You will need your own sheets and bedding and you will also get the choice of a new wardrobe or desk to furnish the room.

The house is a 3 bedroom semi-detached property with small front/rear garden. There is some on-street parking and a bus stop up the hill from the house (less than a 2 minute walk), with frequent buses (20 minutes to & from Bath City centre). Additionally, there is a shed/garage for bike storage. The house itself is on a quiet residential area, with a Tesco and Co-Op shop just a 5 minutes walk away.

We are a 29yo Male and 23yo Female couple, who are looking to fill the room advertised since our current lodger (who has spend a little over 3 years with us) has secured themselves their own place.
(29m) is a smoker (not in the house). He works on a hybrid basis, working from home 18-22 days of the month, and then lives in London the remainder of the month.
23f is professionally employed, with working hours between 0900 and 1730. Her employment is on a hybrid basis, working from home 2-3 days of the week.
