I have a single room available to rent, for 6 months only, in Peasedown St John, near Bath.

You will be sharing the home with myself (the owner)

15 mins by bus/car to Bath , approx 35 mins to Bristol. Good bicycle route to Bath/Frome (approx 45 mins both).Great views down the Cam valley going towards Bristol. The village itself has a couple of small supermarkets and a corner shop, aswell as a handful of other shops/cafes....

There are gardens both front and back, fruit trees and bushes already producing , with space for growing veg/herbs/flowers and the like, the back garden also has a good size patio area.

The house itself has an open fireplace in the living room, bath with shower (shared) and kitchen area (also shared) with washing machine. There is also a small conservatory/porch area where you can take your morning coffee in the spring and summer month.

The room is a fairly spacious single with a double bed, partly furnished. (No bedding provided).

Would suit creative and/or outdoorsy type, the garden needs a fair amount of looking after and there is the space available to be fairly self sufficient when it comes to fruit, vegetables and herbs, whilst still leaving space to lounge about when the sun is out.

I myself am a 55 year old composer/producer of music, currently tending to the house and garden whilst waiting to move back abroad later in the year. I would hope you would treat the house as your own, both in terms of being relaxed and making yourself at home as well as feeling responsible for keeping the place relatively clean and tidy both inside and out..

525pcm inclusive of water, gas, electric and council tax. 500 pounds deposit. There is no Broadband in the house.

Cheaper monthly rent for NHS or care workers.

There is a parking space for the house which would be available for an additional 25 pounds pcm.
