If you're someone who enjoys the countryside and wants a peaceful haven, this is for you. The property is a lovely old miner's cottage, with a big open kitchen, a sunny, private south-facing garden for mugs of tea, a bathroom opposite your bedroom, and a very snug lounge with a woodburner.
I work from home, and ideally want someone who doesn't, so we don't get under each other's feet, as there's not a lot of working space barring from the kitchen table! . Ideally looking for a Monday - Friday lodger but can accommodate some weekends (eg two out of four) if we chat through.
