I am the live-in landlord of a terrace house in Pill which is a little village just outside of Bristol.

I would like to let my spare bedroom out to a lodger and I think it would be ideal for a professional who commutes.

I have been living in the house for nearly two years and I highly recommend Pill as a great village with a friendly atmosphere whilst being very close to Bristol

About me:
I am a guitar teacher so I spend a lot of my time in the top-floor room which I use as my home studio.

I teach most afternoons and evenings. A lot of this is done online but I do I have pupils coming to the house for lessons as well. I do not teach after 20:00 to keep disruption to a minimum.

I consider myself as pretty easy to get along with. I enjoy socialising but I am also mindful of people's need for personal space.

I like to stay active and I keep a fairly healthy social life.

I have had a number of different tenants in my previous place in Bristol and each one stayed with me for over a year each so I guess I was doing something right.

All bills (council tax, energy broadband etc) are included in the rent which will be due on the 1st of each month

I use a 6 month rolling contract which we can easily renew if you're happy to stay here for more than 6 months.

The room would ideal for someone who is social but who is also focused on their career.
