My daughter 23 is moving out soon so I thought I'd offer her room.
Living here now is just me, a Dad of two more aged 6 and 9. Prefer someone who is happy and understanding of living with in a family household.
Everything is here, it's clean and mostly tidy. Garden, to relax in, in easy reach of Bristol by bus or car. Loads of walks nearby if that's your things. Garage for storage but bear in mind that we use it too and need easy access. I work during the week and I am on call outside of normal hours.
The bedroom would be yours, locked, the rest if the house would be shared. Make the room yours within reason.
