Peaceful home near the river -Sharing with 1 other

I am looking forward to finding a nice housemate to share a lovely 2 bed flat/ maisonette in Pill. The place is really spacious for two people. There is a big living room and dining room, so there is space to work, do crafts, have people for dinner etc. The living room and kitchen have lovely big windows over looking beautiful trees and a village green. The light is lovely here and the house has a peaceful vibe about it.

The village is a lovely sanctuary from the busy city life, but the city centre is only 25 mins away by bus and 15 - 20 by car. You can hear birdsong instead of traffic in the mornings! There are lovely walks nearby and the river Avon is 1 minute walk away from the house! There is a beautiful walk into Bristol along the river from right outside the door. There is a Coop, Post office, Chemist and Spar, all 2 minutes walk from the house. The bus stop is also extremely close, so everything you need is close by. It takes 10 minutes to drive to Portishead, where you can be at the sea to watch the sunset!

I am 44 and looking to share with someone who is friendly and considerate and who I get along well with. I have lived here for 4 years and I am from Bristol. I love nature and get outside a lot. I work for a local charity supporting refugees.

The room is unfurnished but the rest of the flat is furnished already with my own furniture. There is plenty of storage space within the house as there are 2 eaves spaces you can use.

There is a large bathroom with a shower over a bath and separate extra toilet too.

There is one downstairs neighbour who is lovely, and knows the village well.
