Cosy double room in a peaceful cottage

Cosy room in a peaceful cottage near Bristol for short/med term let. Sharing with me (the owner) and my rescue cat, Forest.

Room is furnished with a double bed, chest of drawers and hanging rail. Shared living room and kitchen (including lovely dining area), bathroom and patio.

The cottage is quirky and characterful; slate floors and wooden boards throughout, lots of plants and books and flowers in the garden, a wood burning stove in the living room for winter. Even though we're not far from Bristol, Pill is a quiet-ish village, so perfect if you're looking to a bit of tranquility.

I'm looking for someone friendly and chilled out, up for occasional hanging out or chats, but also self-sufficient, who is able to be clean and tidy and respectful of the space. Also ideally someone doesn't work from home (since that's what I do!). I'm sometimes away with work though, so there will probably be times when you'd have the place to yourself.

Female preferred, will consider couples for £900 / month. LBGT friendly.

Room offered on a short term basis at the moment; I'm happy to be flexible for the right person and would consider shorter lets, Mon-Fri lets etc.

Use of shared parking space can be negotiated. Price is including bills.
