Double room for rent in spacious portishead flat

From 4/9/2024 I have a double bedroom in a large portishead flat available for rent. My current flat mate is moving for work after 3 years of living together. All Bill's included and shared use of lounge and storage space. Communal garden area out front and parking space available. Washing machine and airing space available.

Room comes furnished with bed, 3 sets of drawers and a tv. Photo shows some items that are previous flat mates.

Great location, ten minutes walk from all shops and water front.

A bit about me, I manage a pet shop in Bristol which does include weekend and evening work. Because of this I like the flat to be mostly peaceful and return the favor by keeping social guests to a minimum, preferring to go out and play golf, go to a restaurant or have a few drinks with friends and family. My interests include football, gaming and of course animals!

I am very flexible in who I am looking for, as long as we can find a way of working around and being respectful of each others work and other commitments. Someone laid back who can have a laugh would be ideal!
