5 min drive to the motorway. 15/20 mins to Clifton. 5 min walk to the Portishead shops.
It's 40-45 min to the centre of Bristol on a bus, so if you have to do that regularly or onto the Unis (longer) - bear that in mind. If you need to go into Bristol regularly I recommend you have a car.

I'm a live in landlord with a cool cat. My bedroom/main workspace/bathroom is downstairs. I'm an easy going, educated/well travelled self employed professional running an online business from home. I'm into cycle racing, fitness, current affairs, & travelling. and away 50% of the weekends. I have a young progressive liberal outlook on life.
