Bathroom with bath & shower is usually shared with 1 other. Shared kitchen with usual facilities (washing machine, dishwasher etc).
Parking and possibly use of garage for vehicle/bike.
Use of garden with views of estuary.

10 mins drive to junction 19 of M5. Bus stop 6 mins walk away. Aztec West, Southmead hospital & Clifton are within 20-25 mins drive.

I'm a live in landlord and there may be one other lodger in the other room. I'm sometimes working away during the week.
