House Share available

Wonderfully located, a stones throw from both the Marina and the High Street, I have a lovely double room available in my 2 bed victorian terraced house.
You will have shared use of the house and there is also a very pretty garden to sit out in (if you fancy doing a bit of gardening, that would be great!)
I currently work from home so i would prefer that you dont too, but occasionally is fine
I am regularly away so you will often have the house to yourself
Ideally I'm looking for an older, professional person who is happy to do their share of the household chores
The price includes bills, but you may have to contribute to the fuel costs if they rise significantly
