House Share available

Wonderfully located, a stones throw from both the Marina and the High Street, I have a lovely double room available in my 2 bed victorian terraced house.
You will have shared use of the kitchen, living room, dining room and bathroom. There is also a very pretty garden to sit out in and if you fancy doing a bit of gardening, that would be great!
I currently work from home so i would prefer that you dont too, but occasionally is fine
I am often away at weekends so you will have the house to yourself quite a lot
Ideally I'm looking for a very tidy, female dog lover
The price includes bills, but you may have to contribute to the fuel costs if they rise significantly
