Lovely, sunny double room to let

Wonderfully located a stones throw from both the Marina and the High Street, I have a double room to let in my victorian terraced house.
You will have shared use of the kitchen, the dining room, bathroom and access to a very pretty garden to sit out in.
Unfortunately because I work shifts, working from home will not be possible, however on the plus side, it also means you will have house to yourself sometimes
Ideally I'm looking for a tidy, female dog lover
